Besides its stimulating atmosphere and
friendly people, the Color Bar is a place that caters to the
strengths of its employees, allowing them the opportunity to
grow and explore their full potential in a fun yet
professional environment. Roger sympathizes with the
responsibilities of being a working parent.

At Color Bar, we have many activities
besides work to make us work harder. Besides the Christmas
party and fitness days, we have an annual Easter egg hunt.
This year, Roger Perlmuter, the owner, decided to give everyone
an Easter ham, but in a memorable way. 300lbs of ham were
passed from employee to employee and then brought home to adorn
the Easter table as special thanks for jobs well-done.
At any given time,
you can find a half dozen 6 month old babies, a pack of well-
groomed dogs, toddlers taking their first steps, pet pigs, and
Siamese cats roaming th halls here at the Color Bar. Today,
Roger cooked hot dogs and burgers to make finding lunch easier.
Everyday brings its own surprises. From bringing your loved
ones to work to making your own schedule, the strong element of
compromise and accommodation keeps a healthy balance between life
and work, making the Color Bar experience that much more unique.

Our most important resource is our people!
Our staff at Color Bar believes in being number 1 in customer service.
They also believe in having fun and enjoying what they do. It's easy to
see the interests and hobbies of our employees combining with a professional
approach to create a great work environment.
Our Sales Manager, Anita Belfi (19 years in printing), brings home the
bacon in more ways than one! She has two young sons, Dominic and Anthony
as well as Carlita Pigliano, the Pot- bellied Pig.
Roger Perlmuter, Owner of Color Bar (30 years in printing), is an
avid fan of dogs. Spencer, his King Charles Spaniel regularly puts in a full
day at the office. Roger is also known as the local Grill Master. Nobody can
turn out a gourmet meal like Roger!
Salesman, Marv Lockman, can make sure your job is just MARVLUS, just like his license plate says!
What do ya know, Joe?... The answer is EVERYTHING... baseball that is!
Our Production Manager, JoeMuni (30 years in printing), is a BIG Indians fan.
You can usually hear the game on the office radio when the Tribe is on. Joe makes sure your job is a winner every time.
That cat on top of that computer monitor isn't stuffed... The Creative
Director, Kim Robinson (15 years in printing), gets a lot of help from her 2
Siamese cats when she is busy doing design projects. She spends
any extra time hiking in the mountains. (Grand Tetons, Canadian Rockies, North Cascades,
Alps, Smokies...she's not picky!)
Got a question? Ask Dave Dreimiller (24 years in printing), Production
Assistant. He knows something about just about everything! However, Dave has
been focusing most of his attention on accurately restoring
his beautiful historic Victorian home.
Sheryl Branisel, our Account Manager, divides her time between two different jobs, a young son, Daniel,
and a new puppy. She is the expert on balancing time and money!
Our Press Manager, Ray Wiegand (24 years in printing), divided his time equally... like you would a football... between printing and growing prize- winning Hostas.
Customer Service would never be the same without Karen Schenkel (10 years in printing). If you have a
question about your job, Karen can find the answer for you.
Ken Zeller (22 years in printing), our Pressman, takes first prize (with his wife, of course) for the best
tasting vegetables from a very prolific garden!
Our man of many talents, Jason Bonhard, can help you with your Website, proofread your project, answer
your phone calls, help you with your e- mail, AND write award-winning stories. He is responsible for the
poem on the front of this newsletter.
Marisela Moon is the smiling face that greets you at the door. She is our Account Assistant and keeper of
the best Positive Attitude.
Jerry fudurich, Customer Service Representative (10 years in printing,
is on the phones, keeping you informed about your projects.
Copy Bar Manager, Hhoward Rubin (5 years in printing) gives instant
service at our retail store.
Customer Service with a smile comes from Mary Ann Adams (10 years
in printing) at the Copy Bar.
No one runs the Docutech like Kathy LaManna (6 years in printing),
serving customers at 135 copies a minutes!
